Services
OCD.etailing provides mobile auto detailing and ceramic coating services in Martinsburg, West Virginia and the surrounding area. Service details, pricing, and availability are described at the time of booking and may vary based on your vehicle's condition.

Booking and Payment
Appointments can be requested through this website, by phone, or by text. Pricing is provided as a quote based on your vehicle. Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless arranged otherwise.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule.

SMS and Text Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from OCD.etailing about your inquiry, quote, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did initially and we will resume sending messages.

Results and Liability
We take great care with every vehicle, but results can vary based on the condition of your paint and surfaces. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OCD.etailing is not liable for pre-existing damage or for indirect or incidental damages arising from our services.
